Abstract

The ongoing interest in ChatGPT and its capability to improve work, tasks and other activities which could be solved with the help of Generative Al are making this topic quite popular. According to recent statistics, around half of students use it during their study process for homework, essays and for at-home tests. In this talk He will present a few approaches to quantify the intention to use and actual use of this tool in the study process. Research was conducted in multiple countries including Poland, Egypt, Portugal, Mexico, and Turkey. He has also used two common moderating variables as gender and study level of the student.

Prof. Artur Strzelecki is an associate professor at the Informatics Department, University of Economics in katowice, Poland. In 2013, he has received his P.h.D. from the University of Economics in Katowice in management. In 2021, he has received his D.Sc. from the University of Economics in Katowice in management and quality sciences. His research centers in technology acceptance, information management, search engines, e-commerce and social media.
