1. Proposal Requirements

  • Length: 800–1,000 words (excluding references)
  • Format: Microsoft Word (.docx)
  • Content: Proposals should include:
    • Chapter title
    • Author(s) information (name, affiliation, email, ORCID if available)
    • Abstract/summary of the proposed chapter (150–200 words)
    • Extended outline of the chapter, highlighting:
      • Relevance to the book’s aims and objectives
      • Key research questions or focus points
      • Theoretical/conceptual framework (if applicable)
      • Methodology (if empirical) or approach (if conceptual/theoretical)
      • Anticipated contribution to the field
    • References in APA 7th edition style.

2. Full Chapter Requirements (if accepted)

  • Length: 8,000–10,000 words (including references, tables, and figures)
  • Style: Follow Springer Nature’s chapter formatting guidelines (APA 7th edition for references).
  • Structure: Chapters should include title, an abstract (150–200 words), 3–6 keywords, main text, figures/tables (if any), and a reference list.

3. Submission Platform

  • All proposals and full chapters must be submitted via EasyChair at: Coming Soon.
  • Authors will need to create or use an existing EasyChair account to submit.

4. Review Process

  • Proposals and chapters will undergo a double-blind peer review process.
  • By submitting, authors also agree to serve as reviewers for one other chapter.

5. Important Dates

  • Proposal Submission Deadline: October 22, 2025
  • Notification of Acceptance: November 15, 2025
  • Full Chapter Submission: February 15, 2026
  • Peer Review Feedback: March 30, 2026
  • Final Chapter Revisions Due: April 30, 2026
  • Publication (Expected): Late 2026 (Print and SpringerLink)
