Notes for authors: For each accepted paper to be included in the conference proceedings, one unique registration is required by the author registration deadline of February 1, 2018.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

  • Author registrations cannot be canceled. However, a name change would be permitted.
  • Non-Author Registrant may request for refund of registration fee. Such request will be considered if a written request (email acceptable) is received by Thursday, March 1, 2018. These refunds are subject to a $100 US cancellation fee. No refunds can be issued for requests after Thursday, March 1, 2018.

Fees for ALL participants:

The registration fees include: electronic proceedings, conference attendance, lunches, coffee break, and Banquet dinner of ICSLE 2018 as well as the passes for the events of the 3rd US-China Smart Education Conference.

There are three options to pay the registration fee:

Option 1: Master Card Only (Pay in RMB)

You may pay online in RMB (applicable only for Mastercard).

Option 2: PayPal: VISA/Mastercard (Pay in USD)

You may use PayPal system to pay in USD (applicable for both VISA or Mastercard).

Option 3: Wire Transfer

Besides the above two options of paying online, you may also pay the registration fee through bank transfer. In the registration form, please select Option 3 for payment, and then transfer the appropriate amount to the following bank account:
